“Plexr® is something I’ve been using for 7 years now and it has undoubtedly been the most significant introduction to our clinics treatments. It is an incredible skin tightening and skin rejuvenation device, which presents itself as a multi-faceted technology, so you can remove skin lesions and do all bunch of staff with it. And believe me, all the other technologies that I have, even all my lasers, can’t really compete in usability with Plexr®.
The beauty of Plexr® is that the plasma energy works superficially and it is very focused with no energy spreading across or deep into the tissues. This results in excellent cosmetic outcomes.

The uses of Plexr®
“There are multiple uses for Plexr®. Its primary application is to perform a non-surgical eyelid lift, also known as blepharoplasty.
I get many ladies complaining they cannot use eye makeup as it smudges. In this case, even one Plexr® treatment can resolve that problem. Younger patients who feel things are not too advanced and certainly would not be proper for surgery but wish to reduce the under eye folds or upper eyelid folds, can also have treatments to effectively improve this.
I also use Plexr® for non-surgical facelifts, neck lifts and brow lift. It is also excellent for allowing safe removal of skin moles, especially flat ones, like sun spots which would otherwise have to be cut out; Xanthelasma or fat deposit often found on the eyelids can also be removed with Plexr®”
The advantages of Plexr®
“Plexr® is like an invisible knife, with no cutting or stitching required, in fact the device doesn’t event make contact with the skin, we usually only need some numbing cream before the procedure. The plasma generated sublimates superficial dots of skin leaving the carbon crusts in its place. The carbon crusts typically falls off at the seven-day point leaving, leaving shallow pits in the skin as at this stage the skin is only partially regenerated.
This is when the true magic happens!
The skin regenerates with a greater density of collagen and elastin and thus younger skin. This ultimately results in a tightened fresher and more youthful appearance of the treated area”
Are there any risks using Plexr®?
“Plexr® is extremely safe, in the right hands.
With regard to blepharoplasty advantages, they include significantly less downtime, no risk of blindness, no bruising, no risk of scare line and the shape of axis of the eye itself will not be changed.”
“The main risk of treatments with Plexr® is actually common to many other skin treatments such as laser and skin peels: pigmentation change rarely happens, but if it does, it is almost always transient.
However, the risk is low in any case, regardless of the phototype or complexion involved in the treatment.”
