Fractional flow waves for microlipoplasty and telangiectasias.
Applications in Aesthetic Medicine and Vascular Surgery.
You can find OFF technology also inside the Vecron device.
O.F.F. (Fractional Flow Waves) is an electromedical device intended for aesthetic medicine for the reduction of localized fat deposits on the face and body and the elimination of capillaries, angiomas and superficial telangiectasias. It uses a fixed frequency sine wave, with a fractionable emission flow that drastically reduces the sensation of heat received by the patient and maximizes its effectiveness in the application.
O.F.F. it is an electro-medical device that produces a sinusoidal wave with a fixed frequency of about 1230kHz with fractionable flow, that is an active medical device, which through a handpiece equipped with sterile and single-use needle is able to transfer concentrated energy. These waves will be transformed into fractional heat by Joule effect which can be used for non-invasive selective micro-lipolysis treatments – direct in the subcutaneous adipose district – and the removal of small angiomas, capillaries and telangiectases. These sinusoidal waves are programmable so as to obtain different results on different tissues, also according to the application method.
For the removal of superficial vascular lesions (angiomas, capillaries, telangiectasias), the wave must be applied from the outside of the skin by putting the needle in contact with the skin without inserting it into the skin. Through fractional heat the elastic fibers of the vessel will contract, allowing the vessel walls to attach to each other by removing their blood content inside.
In microlipoplasty the technique of using O.F.F. provides for the presence of normal acupuncture needles that are infixed into the tissues until reaching the localized adipose tissue to be eliminated by hyperthermia inducing the programmed adipocytic apoptosis. The tip of O.F.F. will be brought closer to the needles without entering the underlying skin and without causing damage to the overlying skin.
It is possible to extend the treatment area with the needle-like technique side by side, where the handpiece should be approached one needle at a time. The needles are positioned parallel to each other and point to the fatty area. The operator will move the handpiece from one needle to the next when the patient feels discomfort.
The fixed frequency of 1230 kHz was chosen because it produces a whole series of biological effects that lend themselves to treat a great variety of imperfections otherwise not to be solved with other equipment. This frequency is used both for therapeutic ultrasound and for radiofrequency, but in this case only an active electrode without mass reference is used, thus detaching from the effects of ultrasound and radiofrequency. It is therefore definitively more localized, effective and safe.
We only use the thermal effect of this programmed flow current, to selectively increase temperature in the tissues without involving the deep layers of the dermis, since without the mass electrode the electrical charges programmed and delivered by O.F.F. they spread only on the external surface of the body under treatment.
Naturalness and harmony of the face thanks to the selective modeling of fatty deposits and the immediate removal of superficial vascular lesions such as telangiectasia and small angiomas.
Immediate and progressive results over time.
